As a Technical Sales Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for their customers. Working closely with the team, you'll ensure top-notch service delivery and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Swiftly address customer inquiries through phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Create and track quotations with precision and punctuality.
- Manage priority orders to facilitate seamless advancement.
- Aid in external sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide assistance with general office administrative duties.
- Innate focus on customer relations and commercial aspects.
- Capacity to comprehend and retain technical details.
- Confident and polished telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in Fibre Optics/Optics.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Salary: £11.50PH
