The Role:
A market leading manufacturer based in the Northfleet / Dartford / Gravesend region are recruiting as a result of expansion within the sales and customer support team.
Based from the company UK headquarters, you will join the Technical Sales team of this award winning manufacturer and provide administrative Sales Support to business development managers, account managers and Technical Sales staff. Your duties will be varied and include order processing, writing up quotations / estimates, providing Sales Support over the phone with customers and via email, liaising with production teams to manage orders being processed and speaking with customers and suppliers.
As mentioned above, this will be varied Technical Sales Support role where you will be happy to help out as needed and be a dedicated professional to provide excellent customer service and communication between sales and manufacturing teams.

Candidate Requirements:
Living locally to the Dartford / Northfleet / Gravesend area or within commutable distance, you will be a loyal, hard working and dedicated person who enjoys providing excellent customer support and working in a Technical Sales administrative support role.
Any experience having worked as a sales administrator, Sales Support, customer service, account manager or similar sales administration role would be very advantageous. An understanding of an ERP / MRP or similar system would also be advantageous but is not essential.
