The Role
This is an excellent Sales Manager opportunity, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Sales Manager will use their strong chemistry knowledge, experience in the chemical sales and experience in market analysis, marketing, and sales planning to support the company's sales and marketing strategy, develop new and existing customer relationships, and promote growth.
The Company
The Sales Manager will join a fast-growing chemical supplier, providing specialised chemicals to their clients. The Sales Manager will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern is primarily remote, with just one day in the Leeds office per month after completing probation. This Sales Manager will primarily be covering Europe based customers, so the ability and willingness to travel regularly is a must.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
Experience selling chemicals is essential, ideally including experience with distribution
A strong Chemistry background is also a must, with knowledge of UV Curing chemicals and their downstream products being a big plus
Experience in market analysis, marketing, and sales planning is essential
The ability to work independently and being proficient with a range of IT software is also beneficial
