Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance to customers, sharing best practice to help them manage risks associated with a range of safety services including work at height, respiratory, confined spaces and respiratory
- Ensuring key customers specify Arco Professional Safety Services as the approved provider of safety training & consultancy, equipment hire and servicing across the region
- Identifying and acting on sales opportunities within each customer to increase category penetration from existing accounts
- Promoting the joined-up safety message and convert customer opportunities as part of the x-sell growth pillar.
- Achieving or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Growing sales in Work at Height, Confined Space Safety and Respiratory Services
- Ensuring key account plans are in place for top performing accounts and strategic targets
- Capturing and sharing key customer insights based around the prominent issues faced by customers operating in the target sectors with the wider sales team
- Working closely with marketing and the wider Arco sales team to implement local initiatives to increase brand awareness across the region
- Recording and monitoring sales activity within each account on a regular basis using the CRM system

- Previous track record of success in delivering sales and profit objectives in a services environment
- Knowledge of the Confined Space, Work at Height and Respiratory proposition
- Good understanding of the role of a H&S, Maintenance, Facilities, L&D Managers
- NEBOSH General Cert (preferred)
- Good understanding of H&S law and key regulations aligned to the core proposition of Work at Height, Confined Spaces or Respiratory (preferred)
- Confident communicator with a passion for building long standing customer relationships
- Ability to influence decision makers and different levels from middle management upwards
