Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am 4:30pm
Our established and leading client are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Administrator to join their Aftersales department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and passionate company and provide an excellent service to customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Highly organised and good attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Upbeat and professional telephone manner.
- Knowledge of plumbing or heating with be a bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for any clients, dealing with a high volume of incoming queries.
- Respond to tickets and emails within the given time frame.
- Aiming to resolve queries over the phone.
- Escalated complex queries and scheduling appointments with engineers where necessary.
- Provide quotes to customers and agree costs.
- Providing an exceptional service to clients.
- Resolving complaints.
- Ensure CRM system and spreadsheets are kept up to date.
- Create purchase and sales orders.
- Process invoices.
- Provide additional support to other departments where necessary
