Technical Support Engineer:
- Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years
- Communications product support background a useful advantage but not essential (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth)
- Languages advantageous (Italian, French, Spanish, Portugese)
