The Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and highly-skilled Technology Lead to spearhead their efforts. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in backend support, REST APIs, web security, and proficiency in Python and SQL. As the Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with clients on technical matters, articulating the functionality of the product, and leading a remote team of experts in AI.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Elevate the standard of code quality by meticulously maintaining and reviewing the work produced by the remote coding team.
    • Institute best practices to ensure the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness in the codebase.
    • Engage with clients to proactively identify opportunities for feature enhancements, driving continuous improvement in the products.
    • Collaborate closely with clients, translating their needs into innovative features that exceed expectations.
    • Take a lead role in the technical facets of the sales process, adeptly communicating with developers on the client-side.
    • Showcase the technical prowess of the solutions, instilling confidence in potential clients about the value and capabilities of the client's offerings.
    • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to deeply comprehend project requirements.
    • Deliver backend solutions that are not just functional but are scalable, efficient, and reliable, aligning with project objectives.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements with precision.
    • Articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring effective communication across diverse team members.
    • Proactively stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements seamlessly into the development process.
    • Drive innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge solutions that position our products at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation.
    • Demonstrate a track record of successful leadership and project management in a Technology/Team Lead role, highlighting your ability to drive teams towards excellence.
    • Showcase expertise in backend support, underscoring your proficiency in crafting robust, efficient, and scalable backend solutions.
    • Possess a willingness to learn and adapt, with or without prior experience in Large Language Model (LLM) integration and optimization. We prioritize your ability to absorb and apply knowledge, which can be facilitated through training with our remote AI coding team.
    • Exhibit advanced skills in Python and SQL, emphasizing a commitment to developing scalable and maintainable backend solutions that stand the test of time.
    • Display excellent communication skills, showcasing your capability to articulate intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences, fostering a clear understanding among team members.
    • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, illustrating your efficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues with a strategic mindset.
