An agency specialising in creative, technology led experiences for brands in culture and business, is looking for a talented Creative Technology Lead to join their team.

You’re a leader – you’re happy to take charge a team of developers, designers, and creatives as well as to work closely with heads of departments to make sure the teams are structured correctly, their systems and infrastructure is working well, and that everyone had the hardware and software they need.
 
You have experience creating and translating creative concepts into technical plans and strategies, making sure they are accurate and deliverable. You’re always on the lookout for new techniques, technologies, and trends, and figuring out how to adapt and apply them to your work.
 
You’re someone who can see the bigger picture – you don’t keep your head down to play around with the plugs!
 
You’ll be:

• A passionate advocate of how to use tech to bring brands to life in spaces.
• Someone who loves moving the conversation on and can do this in plain English and keep everyone engaged.
• Great at strategy.
• Supporting with overseeing the technical parts of a project from concept to completion.
• Part of the team leading the production of pitches and proposals.
• Driving innovation and positive change in the agency.
• Creating and maintaining great relationships with clients, stakeholders, freelancers and external suppliers.

 
You’ll have:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• A genuine love for all things tech.

 
We will consider candidates from a range of agency backgrounds as long as they have done creative tech projects in a space.
