Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills to join our Sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving sales by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our innovative Powerverse products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and provide excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits of Powerverse products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, understanding customer needs, and aligning them with Powerverse solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to effectively articulate product benefits.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in G-Suite.
  • 3 years + previous experience in outbound sales is required.
