YOUR TASKS
Working Location :Macau
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales lead acquisition, profiling and customers re-qualifying through telephone calls, including cold calls, as well as providing support to Sales team.
- Achieve business target and KPIs, relevant to sales lead generation,revenue and provide account service to customers
- Make outbound calls for new customers acquisition, business and product promotion
- Handle inbound calls from hotlinesreferral and make outbound calls to potential customers
- Acquire customer information, business profile and potential through call enquiry
- Solve customers’ enquiries on sales issues, such as account setup, billing adjustment, contract preparation, shipment or service inquiry and handle special customer requests
- Record all customers’ information and business activities in CRM system (COMET)
- Handle and support business promotion, program and project as assigned
- Prepare monthly sales reports and simple sales analysis
YOUR PROFILE
- Macau ID holder is a must
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
- Sales and results-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a positive work attitude
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
