Telephonist

Value Cabs require part time telephonist to be based in its modern purpose built call centre based in Belfast City Centre. Your role will involve taking calls from Value Cab customers and entering data on to the computer system.

The contracted hours would be: Monday 11pm-7am / Saturday 7pm-5am / Sunday 11pm-7am.

Qualifications/ Experience: Basic computer literacy, effective verbal communication skills, and eagerness to learn are required. Our in-house training will teach you the rest. Previous experience of working in a call centre environment is desirable but not essential. Full paid training provided.
