customers across South & West Wales and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Sales Team as a Telesales Executive.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to potential business customers and updating our CRM with accurate information such as current set-
up and contract expiry dates.
You will need to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Arrange appointments for our field sales team to meet with the appropriate person and discuss their requirements.
You will be expected to work towards a weekly and monthly appointment target and KPI’s will be in place.
Creating positive relationships with gate-keepers and decision makers
Using initiative to manage field sales teams calendars
Knowledge, Experience & Essential Skills
Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months plus experience in a similar outbound calling environment.
A positive attitude with a can do approach to everything.
Able to handle rejection
Eager to learn and succeed
Professional Telephone Manner
Organised individual with good time management
Excellent Communication Skills and a Confident approach to outbound calling
Fully computer literate
A strong desire to learn and progress
Be a team player with the ability to self-motivate
Be able to handle rejection
Ability to be part of an office environment and/or hybrid working.
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary to range between £22,000 & £25,000 with uncapped earning potential and an OTE in excess of
£40,000 plus excellent incentives and benefits and ongoing career progression with opportunities to move into Internal Sales or Field Sales to further
enhance earning potential.
