SalaryOutstanding and immaculate Receptionist needed for two-week temp booking in slick, modern offices near Oxford Circus from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help muck in and ensure the smooth running of the office space. You will be placed on the front desk and be responsible for the management of three floors. Whilst some times might be quieter than others, we are looking for people who can anticipate what needs doing and just get it done!
The job responsibilities include:
- Opening the doors in the morning
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Putting water into meeting rooms
- Offering tea and coffee to visitors
- Emptying the dishwasher
- Tidying the kitchen (although there is a full-time cleaner)
- Answering ad-hoc requests and being a general helping hand!
This booking would work perfectly for the freelancers, copywriters, and actors out there.
You must have had some client-facing experience.... ideally as a receptionist but previous work in hospitality or events would work. Above all, you must be happy to man a desk by yourself and get fully stuck in.
