We seek a fantastic Receptionist to provide high-level front-of-house support to a leading investment firm based in Mayfair. The role has a wide range of duties and will need a proactive and energetic person to add value. This is a standalone reception position.
This is an immediately starting role that will be ongoing temp until a permanent receptionist is found or could be hired on a temp-perm basis.
Duties include meeting and greeting all guests in the office, keeping the FOH area clean and tidy, answering and transferring calls, setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments. You will also be assisting with any overflow admin duties, which could include updating spreadsheets, arranging taxis and booking some travel. You must be confident in using Microsoft office, setting up Teams meetings and using a switchboard.
We are looking for someone with a friendly, can-do attitude, where no job is too big or small! Ideally, you have previously worked in a busy Reception role and enjoy being busy as well as managing your own workload.
You will take pride in your appearance and have excellent written and spoken communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
