Role:Temp to Perm, Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Addlestone
Hours: Part -Time Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 8.30am - 5.30pm - with flexibility to cover for holidays
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional individual to front the reception facility for our client in Addlestone.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for maintaining the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming space. You will be the friendly face that greets and welcomes valued clients, providing exceptional service from the moment they step through the doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating and overseeing the telephone system, to ensure seamless communication.
- Meeting and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensuring smooth coordination of service engineers activities
- Manage meeting room bookings, including coordinating lunches, car parking, and IT requirements.
- Scanning and distributing post
- Dealing with couriers
- Monitoring and replenishing consumable and stationery supplies
Additional duties may include.
- Maintaining records of office meeting room bookings and chargeable extras
- Contributing to a positive work culture
- Monitoring work-from-home records
- Liaising with office cleaner
