Our friendly client based in Camberley are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a temporary position with the potential to go permanent. This role is full time, Monday to Friday and is to start asap. The ideal candidate for this role should have admin experience, good attention to detail and highly organised.
Main Duties
Reactivate lapsed customers and ensure corrective actions in place
Working on renewals, creating quotes, and following up customer enquiries
Using SGS CRM systems, updating records and ensuring all information is correct and up to date
Supporting new customer on-boarding, walking the customer through the process
Supporting the sales team with admin tasks
Working alongside the sales teams to ensure customer retention objectives and targets are met
