Our client, a friendly organisation based in Thames Ditton is currently looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to assist with a backlog of work

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and logging invoices
• Entering invoices into the Accounts Payable system
• Maintaining and updating an Accounts Payable system
• Filing and maintaining client / contractor records
• Chasing for data and documentation via email
• Checking and verifying invoices.
• Generating financial statements and reports

Person Specification

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Numerate
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of proficiency using MS Excel
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
• Reliable and adaptable with a can do and positive approach to work
• Live within an easily commutable distance to Tolworth
