Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
My client who are based in Guildford are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team for a period of 3 months (with the potential to be extended). We are looking for candidates who have got a background within Administration and have got excellent attention to detail.
Daily Duties
• Printing and filing documentation for contracts
• Using the franking machine to send out contract documentation to customers
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all Branch Offices and Head Office departments
• Participate in projects related to the CBO function
