Our prestigious client based in Bramley, Surrey are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Office Administrator with a willing approach. You will be working within a small, closely-knit and very busy administrative team. This role would suit a college leaver looking to gain experience and their first opportunity within administration or an administrator who might be between jobs looking for a temporary assignment. This position is to start ASAP and is a full time, 6 month fixed term contract. The hours are 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Filing of correspondence
- Answering the telephone and passing on messages where appropriate
- Welcoming visitors
- Franking outgoing mail
- Inputting data
- Collating information for events
- Help organise marketing material and PR
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised and methodical
