Position: Temporary Customer Service Advisor Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Location: York outskirts - Car required
Role Overview: As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience. You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting customers via telephone, email, and web chat.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Customers: Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products.
- Order Support: Helping customers with order tracking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any challenges or concerns customers may encounter.
- Maintaining Records: Documenting interactions and ensuring accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer queries
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple channels (phone, email, web chat)
- IT literate
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
- A positive attitude and friendly telephone manner
This role is temporary but could become permanent in the future.
