Temporary Office Manager for BoutiqueLaw Firm
Job Description
Our client, a Boutique Law Firm based in the heart of the City, are looking for a proactive Office Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 4-5 months.
The role will require an excellent communicator, a real ‘yes’ person who likes to problem solve and find solutions. Being a small office, there is a lot of variety within the position and the successful candidate must be used to working in a in a dynamic and flexible environment. Prior accounting experience and an understanding of Xero accounting software would also be beneficial.
Our client has a hybrid working structure with 3 core office days and 2 days working from home, they also have monthly team lunches and a great working culture.
Duties will include:
- Drafting correspondence
- Opening new files on their case management system
- Overseeing billing and accounting for the firm including invoicing, chasing payments, payroll and updating Xero
- Scheduling client meetings
- HR – onboarding, arranging interviews and managing staff holidays
- Managing internal events
- Reviewing office procedures and policies
- Project management
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with at least 3+ years experience as an Office Manager within a professional environment. The successful candidate must be available from May until September.
