Temporary Personal Assistant
Fenchurch Street - Starts Monday 15th January 2024
£20 - £23 per hour + Holiday Accrual
We are seeking a super organised, flexible and diligent Personal Assistant who has previous experience of supporting Executive Directors in a professional environment for our client, a leading insurance broker.
Role Overview:
Supporting 4 Executive Directors, your role will be crucial in orchestrating seamless operations, co-ordinating diaries, helping to organise numerous Exco meetings and co-ordinating an annual conference for 800 + people.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating & managing complex executive diaries
- Arranging Exco meetings; preparing board packs, taking minutes and following up actions
- Setting up and organising virtual meetings
- Assisting with organising global employee conference
We are looking for candidates who can be available to start on Monday 15th January 2024 and who might be interested in a permanent role.
