This educational institution is seeking temporary support within their Finance team. You will be responsible for all aspects of Purchase Ledger, and liaising across the business regarding invoicing. A collaborative and supportive environment, this will be a busy role where accuracy will be key to your success.
This is a full-time temporary position, requiring an immediate start and will be ongoing for 6 weeks initially.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Purchase Ledger ClerkResponsibilities
As the Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for all Administration relating to this area as follows:
- Invoicing
- Requisition forms
- Purchase orders
- Approval of invoices
- Entering of invoices on to the CRM
- Processing credit card statements

- Previous experience in a similar role, or general finance administration
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Able to liaise across the business in a professional and friendly manner
- Comfortable speaking with staff members at all levels
