SalaryWe are proud to be supporting this Legal business in the heart of Leeds City Centre to find them an experienced and friendly Receptionist to support them on a Temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for their visitors, providing a warm welcome.
Role:Temporary Receptionist
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm 1 hour lunch
Location: Leeds City Centre, LS1
What duties will you be doing on daily basis?
- You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors have a great experience
- Answering the telephone and providing a switchboard service to the office transferring calls and dealing with incoming queries
- Assisting with booking rooms for meetings and events,
- Dealing with general ad-hoc administration duties
- Setting up, preparing, and clearing the meetings rooms, boardrooms, seminar suite and training room
- Checking stocks and catering supplies and refilling/ordering replenishments
Skills and experience:
- Receptionist experience within professional services
- Excellent communication skills
