Receptionist (Temporary)

Role: Receptionist (Temp 1 Week Cover)

Contract: 12th Feb - 16th Feb

Hours: 8am-5pm

Pay: £11.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Location: LS1 4AP

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a receptionist to provide cover to their client in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will be professional, experienced front of house representative who will work in a flexible, dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive way whilst demonstrating exceptional communication skills & high personal standards. The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient & professional reception service to our client in Leeds. You will represent our large client in a corporate environment, responding to any requirements as and when necessary.

Some duties to include:

• Greeting visitors.
• Transferring calls internally
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
• Managing meeting room availability.
• Greeting people on site and showing them to meeting and function rooms
• Assisting with refreshments
