Office Angels are proud to be supporting this fantastic Automotive client to find a warm & friendly Weekend Receptionist to help support them on a temporary, ongoing basis.

?? Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour. ??
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. ??
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. ??
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. ??
• Collaborate with the team on various administrative tasks. ??
• Show initiative and work independently when required. ??

?? Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous front-of-house experience is desirable. ??
• Customer-facing or customer service experience is a plus. �?
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. ??
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently. ?? ??
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work. �?
