SalaryOur local client is seeking an experienced and dynamic receptionist to join their main admin office to assist them through a busy period. Hours of work are Monday to Friday - 8:00am and 4:00pm, and you will be working on the main reception.
The role is to start asap until approx. Easter in the first instance, so you must be able to commit until at least Easter. This will then be reviewed with a potential extension.
The role:
- Providing full busy reception cover, dealing with visitors coming in and organising visitor passes etc.
- Answering a very busy incoming line transferring calls, and taking messages
- Supporting the wider team with additional duties as and when required
About you:
- Previous reception experience is required for this role
- You must be able to start asap and be able to commit until at least Easter
- Previous work in a school would be an advantage but is not essential
Candidates must have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident and strong communication skills
- Competencies in the MS Office
