Temporary Works Coordinator Part Time

We are seeking a part timetemporary works coordinator in Southampton to work on a number of live projects

Our client is a leading specialist student accommodation builder with a growing presence in the construction industry.

Due to continuous growth, they require a Temporary Works Coordinator to manage all temporary works activities of two live modular build projects in Southampton.

The Temporary Works Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the temporary works management standards are effectively implemented throughout the project.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Works Coordinator with a proven background structures and and ground works to be involved in a number of fast paced projects in tight city centre projects

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Temporary Works Coordinator on a major project.
• Civil or Structural Engineering Qualification
• minimum of an HNC/HND.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS
• First aid preferred
