Form of work We are working with a Local Authority to find a suitable Tenancy and Estate Management Officer to manage a patch of properties which forms part of the boroughs housing portfolio. This role is based in Leicestershire.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing any ASB cases
- Supporting residents with their Tenancy and any other queries
- Completing estate inspections
- Ensuring rent and other income is received
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role with another Local Authority or Housing Association
