• Organising meetings, minute-taking and producing a variety of different documentation.
• A wide range of secretarial and administrative duties.
• This is an important post ensuring support to the Headteacher in promoting the ethos, ambition, and policies of the school. 

The candidate, above all, will have a positive nature, be hard-working and possess a good sense of humour – all necessary for working in schools!
Personal Assistant to Headteacher and Office Manager requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or above.
• Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience as an executive assistant/personal assistant to senior management preferred but not essential.
• Essential to have experience working with senior stakeholders.  
• Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS.
