Are you an organised and dynamic professional seeking an exciting opportunity in education administration? CloudStone Education are currently recruiting for a Headteachers Personal Assistant to join a prestigious day school located in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.
As the Headteacher's Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Headteacher, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (8am - 4pm during school holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Headteacher's calendar, scheduling appointments and prioritising tasks efficiently
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide administrative support during meetings
Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the Headteacher
Assist with special projects and events, collaborating with staff members across departments as required
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, representing the Headteacher and the school with integrity
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
