A unique opportunity awaits an experienced and dedicated Theatre Practitioner specializing in Orthopaedic Scrub procedures at a distinguished Private Hospital in Swindon. The hospital is actively seeking an individual to join their dynamic Theatre team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Orthopaedic Scrub procedures with precision, adhering to established protocols and standards.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of the operating theatre.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical and multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless and safe patient care.
- Provide patient education on pre and post-operative care and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures and patient records.
- Contribute to maintaining a sterile environment in the operating theatre.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards related to surgical procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications as a Theatre Practitioner with a focus on Orthopaedic Scrub.
- Proven experience in conducting Orthopaedic Scrub procedures, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team.
