Allan Webb has been a leading provider of Engineering and Equipment supportability services including the management of technical documentation for over 60 years, utilising data intelligence to devise informed solutions. Based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, Allan Webb service contracts throughout the UK, where our staff are embedded to closely work with customers.
We have a number of vacancies within the Operational Delivery function to contribute to the Through Life Support (TLS) and In Service Delivery (SDM) management of platforms and equipment. These roles support platforms from concept all the way through to in service and disposal across Defence. Primary location for most of these roles is Bristol within an agile working environment including the ability to work from home for part of the working week.
These roles includes planning, delivery and operation of in-service support, equipment modifications, understanding of repair procedures and resolution of design and/or maintenance issues and working collaboratively with a range of other specialists to ensure effective through life support to Front Line customers. Utilising ILS principles throughout all stages of the Concept, Assessment, Demonstration, Manufacture, In Service and Disposal (CADMID) cycle.
To be considered for this role you will need:
Qualifications/experience:
- Technical/professional qualification/ Degree level or equivalent.
- Membership of Professional Institution e.g IET, IEng, CEng or CILT.
- 5+ years working experience of ILS Principles. Including associated DEFSTANs
- Broad understanding of the Defence Support Environment.
- Experience of working within delivery environment.
- Experienced in Managing a variety of support solutions

Successful candidates will also need to either hold a current SC clearance or be willing and eligible to gain Security Clearance check (SC level) to work within this environment.
