The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to support our established, growing and ambitious business, within this role you will work closely with the existing team, assist with managing the day-to-day branch operations and work to the requirements of the business. You will work with your team to ensure the company objectives are met.
This is a hands on position, there will be elements of working across departments as workload dictates. This could include both warehousing, (goods in/out, despatch, stock control), and Trade Counter sales, (face to face sales, product demos, preparing customer quotations, managing customer expectations on lead times and availability).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Growing sales through building customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross selling, managing instore promotions and product displays.
Ensuring the branch provide a consistent high level of customer service to a large variety of customers to ensure customer retention and growth.
Responsible for the designated customer accounts, both reactively and proactively, working closely with the Sales Manager at Leeds and also your local Field Sales Representative.
Proactive management of in-house promotions and point of sale materials, ensuring an appealing Trade Counter environment is maintained.
Role Requirements:
Experience working in Trade Warehouse or a familiar environment.
IT Literate
Driving Licence
Fork Lift Truck licence would be an advantage
