Our client in the Birmingham area is looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
- Salary £22,308 to £30,000 per annum DOE.
- 10% Commission - Capped at £20,000 per annum.
- Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00
- 28 Days Holiday (Inclusive of Bank Holidays)
- Office located in Birmingham City Centre
- Auto-enrolment Pension scheme
- Fully office based.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and grow upon relationships with new and existing clients.
- Be the point of contact with clients throughout the deal process.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow-up on all leads.
- Ensure all processes are followed to minimize operational and credit risks.
- Follow the FCA rules and guidelines throughout the deal process.
- Work towards an annual income target which is broken down into monthly objectives.
- Attend regular sales meetings within your division.
Required Skills & Experience:
- (Desirable) Previous experience in Sales.
- High level of communication with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Strong desire to succeed and grow within the role and company.
