Trainee Account Technician

The Opportunity
They are seeking a dedicated Trainee Account Technician to join their dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a professional at the early stages of their career, particularly someone with experience within the insurance industry, who is keen to specialise in the Fine Art and Specie team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the renewals, producing and processing documentation, quotes on the binders etc with the opportunity for growth while developing your technical skills.
• Learn and familiarise yourself with the processes and systems
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise client satisfaction and retention.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Previous experience within the insurance industry
• Experience producing insurance documents
• Familiarity and confidence in using Acturis or similar insurance systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
