Trainee Paralegal

They are now looking to strengthen their team and are offering a fantastic opportunity for a likeminded individual to join them as a Trainee Paralegal.
You will be trained in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work.
The role involves dealing with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other organisations on a daily basis.
The role will include:

• Reception work
• Draft standard documents
• Prepare Land Registration forms
• Prepare LBTT Returns
• Order First Scottish Reports/Searches
• Prepare fee notes
• Prepare cash statements
• General administrative duties
• Report to cashroom

Requirements/Personal Specification

• Articulate and numerate.
• Good organisational skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Can do attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Full Clean Driving Licence preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

This role is fully office based, Monay to Friday 9am – 5pm.
