Trainee Recruitment Assistant
AJ Chambers is an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment business, focused within the Accountancy Practice, Commercial Finance, and Legal Practice sectors, based in Rochford, Essex.
We are growing currently, and looking to hire a trainee to assist one of our experienced Senior Consultants.
This position would suit someone who is either a graduate, college/school leaver, or who has a couple of years of work experience but looking for a change.
The role would have significant opportunities for progression, and could evolve in a number of directions, including the potential to move into a full Recruitment position, which comes with lucrative earning and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Advertising roles and sourcing relevant candidates, through job boards and social media
- Basic administration of our recruitment system
- Document/CV editing
- Telephone work, including speaking to candidates and clients, and offering support to the Senior Consultant
- Diary and inbox management for the Senior Consultant
