Trainee Recruitment Consultant

At Kinetica, we are currently searching for TraineeRecruitment Consultants to join our Healthcare , Life Science or Medtech Division.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained to establish and run your own recruitment desk within your chosen industry.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Performing business development activities to establish a new client base within your sector.
• Network with clients and candidates to generate and maintain new business.
• Work with Kinetica’s existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, continued success and an excellent business relationship.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish including, headhunting, screening candidates, organising interviews and managing the offer process.
• Collaborating with team members to further drive business.

Requirements:

• Must have a background in sales or have operated within a customer facing/telephone sales role (e.g letting agent, estate agent, customer service representative, car sales etc).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise work load and meet deadlines.
• Must be driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to integrate into an established team that has ambitious future growth plans.
