Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Interview Dates: Friday 23rd February 2024 - 10am - 1pm
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000.... £30,000 OTE

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to kickstart their career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our clients' job vacancies.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing support and advice.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
Requirements:
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Results-driven with a determination to achieve targets and goals.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus but not essential.
