Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Interview Dates: Friday 23rd February 2024 - 10am - 1pm

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000.... £30,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
  • Utilise various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our clients' job vacancies.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing support and advice.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as updating candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.

Requirements:

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Results-driven with a determination to achieve targets and goals.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is a plus but not essential.
