Trainee Sales Executive

Job Introduction                 
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester. Experience in the motor trade is not required, ideally you will have started your career in sales or a premium customer service role and are looking for better rewards and career opportunities. 
The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include use of a company car and a first year OTE of £30,000 (which includes a basic salary of £26,600). 
As a Sales Executive with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.
The role and responsibilities include:
• This is a genuine “learn the business” role and our expectation will be for the successful individual to observe and learn every aspect of selling a car, as well as the smooth running of a dealerships sales department.
• Our customer’s satisfaction is paramount and we will nurture your development, training you to deliver a first class customer journey.
