How will you make an impact?
- Developing management and soft skills within our teams
- Aligning learning event objectives to business needs
- Designing blended learning content that meets the needs of all learning and communication preferences
- Managing classroom environments, regardless of size or seniority
- Conducting regular evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
- Analysing data to best understand areas of opportunity
- Supporting line managers to ensure that they can deliver a robust induction to all their new colleagues
- Supporting managers in delivering effective performance reviews, 1-1s and development plans
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience delivering soft skills and management skills training
- Previously worked in a learning and development role
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire colleagues on their learning journey
- Ability to organise multiple projects and manage stakeholders, keeping all parties updated and involved
This role will require you to travel to locations throughout the UK and Ireland and will include overnight stays.
