Our client is a market leader in the Built Environment with a Head Office in Swanley, Kent. As part of the ongoing growth of the company the Learning and Development team are looking to add a Training Co-ordinator to the department.
Essential:
- Excellent communication skill both oral and written
- Ability to be flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Attention detail
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- IT Literate
Desirable but not essential:
- L & D experience
- Construction/Energy industry experience
- Knowledge of an e-learning system
Job Description:
- Pro-actively book all mandatory and soft skills training
- Process invoices, liaising with suppliers as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage training diary
- Maintain and update employee records
- Collate and submit training data
- Maintain and update database and eLearning system
- Engage with all customers via emails, calls or in person in a professional manner
- Admin support
Monday to Friday: Full Time
