Senior Training Manager - Global TV & Audio Brand

Eager to take your training experience to the next level?

Splitting your Monday-Friday week between an innovative manufacturer's Windsor office and visiting a portfolio of retail stores across the South of the UK, you would have the chance to work closely with the client and to create and design training strategies implemented even beyond your region.

Whether you are delivering training instores or implementing new strategies, your insights will support field based staff and activities on a daily basis. In collaboration with channel partners, regional managers, and store managers, you will grow the sell-through in your area and be trusted to utilise your creativity in the process.

Your package:

• GBP34,550 & a performance bonus (OTE GBP38,000)
• 22 days holiday & bank holidays

• 12 month contract

Having interpersonal skills and demonstrable experience in creating and delivering training will be key to achieving success in this role, but we are also looking for someone who will bring their own approach to develop training strategies. Due to the field based nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required.
