Training Manager
TSRN are searching for an experienced Training Manager for a highly respected company based in Bedford. The Training Manager will have full autonomy of the operational delivery of the client training activities to help achieve both UK revenue targets and assist international offices to achieve their revenue targets.
Key duties will be:
To be involved in the planning, delivery and evaluate training programs both online and offline
To maintain third-party certifications for key courses (e.g. IRCA, CPD)
To be involved in developing the online training offer by the client to external sources
To Support the client global network to deliver training with consistent quality and brand alignment
To manage the training coordinator and conduct regular appraisals
To take responsible of the Venue and Tutor management, to select, approve and manager Tutors and training venues based on Cost and delegate feedback
To develop e-learning course in line with business places
To be responsible for budget management for the Training department.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience of working on an e-learning portal and developing courses including course materials
Experience of budget creation, management and operating cost and profitability
Excellent management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.
