We are currently looking for an MiFID Transaction Reporting Specialist, You will produce and oversee the MiFID Transaction Reporting (RTS22) submissions, as well as supporting the team with other regulatory submissions (MiFID Trade reporting, EMIR, SFTR, etc) and any new transaction based regulatory reporting as and when required in the future.

About the role

• Responsibility for the daily production, delivery and oversight of RLAM's MiFID Transaction Reporting BAU submissions
• Undertake the associated BAU assurance activities in collaboration with compliance and RLAM's assurance partner.
• Carry out remediation work as required where issues are identified across processes and reporting.
• Review the existing reporting processes and control framework to identify enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Identify and deliver necessary reporting process change to maintain compliance with an evolving regulatory reporting and business change environment.
• Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections in relation to the firms' reporting obligations.

What you bring:

• Strong knowledge of MiFID Transaction reporting obligations, relevant instruments, reporting technical standards and associated industry guidance
• Knowledge of at least one of the following additional regulatory submissions: MiFID Trade Reporting (RTS1/2), SFTR, EMIR, AIFMD
• Prior experience in regulatory assurance / QA activities an advantage
• Prior experience of MiFID reporting solutions an advantage
• Demonstrable expertise in data analysis techniques, problem solving, root-cause analysis and clear communication of conclusions to senior management
• Experience of working within a regulatory driven agenda and assessing regulatory impacts to the business and Operations
• Operating across businesses and functions, such as Compliance, Legal, Technology and the Business with demonstrable negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
• Communication skills and effective stakeholder management
