Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of good customer outcomes through maintaining a good relationship with the key third parties.
- Monitor, oversee and process (when required) application forms, fund onboarding requests and other general activities for the fund business.
- Monitor and oversee any information on relevant platforms (internal or external)
- Manage any asset allocation changes or rebalances required on external platforms.
- Manage and process the rebate process, which includes supporting, overseeing and looking for improvements in the Rebates process.
- Support the Distribution Team their support teams with queries on servicing intermediaries, advisers or their clients timely and accurately, and in line with the propositions.
- Maintain the oversight and governance required to manage the team including procedures, training, breach and incident monitoring control reports etc.
- To promote a positive client and FA experience through monitoring the processes carried out by third parties.
- To assist in the development and implementation of efficiencies, new processes and technical solutions across the department specifically third-party oversight.
- Support and proactively manage projects.
- Managing the production and dissemination of regular reporting, both internally and externally.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience of working in a Transfer Agency/Oversight role within asset management.
- Strong people management skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when coping with difficult situations.
