The Best Connection are recruiting in partnership with John Lewis for a Customer Delivery Hub Administrator to join their team in Dartford.
Hours are 1 pm - 9 pm, Monday - Friday voluntary overtime available on Saturdays
Bank holidays off
Yearly salary of £28,470 including shift premium
£14.82 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for purchase order management, including an awareness of financial budgets, raising orders and receipting
- Supporting the team in delivering an excellent customer experience through accurate and timely completion of daily operational tasks, including transport support using relevant systems and trackers.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures
- Responsible for monitoring stock levels
- Understand legal practices such as GDPR
- Working in a fast-paced environment, will need to prioritise and manage your time and be able to multitask
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills
Must have previous experience in an administrative role
Must have experience in data processing and inputting
Must be a strong communicator and have good organisational skills
