SalaryJob Role: Transport Administrator - Immediate Start
Working Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm Monday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday - Friday
Duration of assignment: 2 months (with potential extension)
Pay: £90 per day! Plus AMAZING Office Angels benefits AND a holiday pay on top
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Arranging customer collections and deliveries
- Checking drivers have completed defect checklists and reporting oddities
- Transport Administration, including updating spreadsheets and filing
- Completing audits as allocated by the transport manager
- Arranging services in line with maintenance planner
- Infringement administration including filing
- Telephone customers to advise orders are completed
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Administration & Customer Service skills essential
- Strong attention to detail and effective workload management skills
- Collaborative approach to work
- Forward thinking and tenacious approach
