SalaryManpower are looking for an experienced administrator to work for our client based in the Walsall area looking after the transport administrative side of the business.
Temporary position for 1 month initially, could be extended
Monday - Friday
8am- 5pm (30 mins unpaid lunch, 42.5 hours a week)
£11.50-£12 per hour dependant on experience
Main Duties
- Answering calls/emails to customers
- Filling and scanning of transport documents
- Raising purchase orders
- Entering into existing spreadsheets
- Other general admin tasks
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work alone as well as in a team
- Pro active approach
- Good telephone manner
